Congratulations to our Jr. Eagles Basketball teams on a fantastic 2016 St. Louis Jingle Jam.
The Jr. Eagles / Bombers teams enjoyed a lot of success this week. The Jr. Eagles / Bombers finished with 20 wins and 19 losses.
In 2015 the Jr. Eagles / Bombers finished the Jingle Jam with a 8-22 record. To make such great strides in just one season is remarkable. Several of our Jr. Eagles / Bombers teams have played there way into the upper echelon of Feeder teams in their respective grade level.
Three teams earned Runner Up finishes in the 2016 Jingle Jam. The 5th Red, 6th Red and 6th White all played in their divisions championship game.
Four more teams played in their brackets 3rd place game and won. The 4th White Bombers captured their brackets Consolation Championship. 8 of our 13 teams finished the tournament with a 2-1 record on the week.
While the final statistics aren’t computed yet for the 2016 St. Louis Jingle Jam, it’s safe to say the Jr. Eagles / Bombers will be one of very few programs to finish the tournament with a winning record.
