Ball Handling Workout

The following dribbling workout was used in practice this week.  This list is for the players interested in practicing these moves at home during their individual practice time.

  • Behind the back crossovers
  • Behind the back crossover with a crossover in front combo
  • Between the legs, behind the back
  • Between the legs X’s
  • Cone Pounds (East-West)
  • Cone Pounds (North-South)
  • Crossovers (knee to knee)
  • Two ball pounds
  • Two ball crossovers
  • Two ball pounds – own your spot with partner tugging at hips
  • Two ball – side to side dribbles
  • UTEP 2-Step (Between the legs and then crossover)
