  • Behind the back crossover with a crossover in front combo
  • Between the legs, behind the back
  • Between the legs X’s
  • Cone Pounds (East-West)
  • Cone Pounds (North-South)
  • Crossovers (knee to knee)
  • Two ball pounds
  • Two ball crossovers
  • Two ball pounds – own your spot with partner tugging at hips
  • Two ball – side to side dribbles
  • UTEP 2-Step (Between the legs and then crossover)
